The 2006 vintage again combines the tropical character of Casablanca grapes with the aromas of citrus fruits and mineral undertones that come from the grapes picked in Limarí. This pairing gives Calina Chardonnay an unequalled complexity. Its vibrant and finely integrated acidity gives way to a creamy finish with subtle toasty notes. A well-balanced and long, lingering wine. A great wine to pair with fish and any seafood as well as white meats and mild buttery sauces.
